I first learned about Mitch from a friend at their
holiday party. Mitch was taking pictures of all the
kids with Santa, running around and playing. I was
attracted to his fun spirit, laid-back nature, and ease
with children. However, it was after viewing Mitch's
online gallery that I felt I stumbled onto more than
just another "ordinary" photographer.
My goal was to capture a moment I knew would not
happen again for quite some time. I wanted to
surprise my husband for Father's Day with pictures
of all his kids together -- which, believe me, is no easy
task. Our session with Mitch was delightful and
creative. The kids -- ranging in age from 25 to 5 --
all had a great time posing on trees, under trees and
yes, even in trees! Mitch's fun and open attitude
made it that much more enjoyable for everyone, with
lots of ribbing and joke-telling. All the children, as well
as Mitch, were open to trying new ideas and making
the session memorable beyond words. Mitch's
creative personality worked extremely well with our
family and opened the door for many shots I never
expected. Not only was the day entertaining but it
was a rare and fantastic memory I will have of all the
children together.
The final product is beyond fabulous, and I'm
speechless over the results.
Every photograph was amazing, bordering on poetic.
Each child's personality was captured seperately and
as a whole. Mitch took so many fabulous shots that
in addition to the poster-size framed prints, I
ordered a coffee table book as a way to remember
this event for years to come.
